Nessie
I totally love it! The chorus is simply brilliant it`s one of the best moments/vocal delivery of the entire album! It`s the Amazing/Runaway Lover sister!
Kurt420
^^YES!! That beat during the "some girls make a scene shoot their mouth.....crying in the limousine" part is killer as are her vocals on that part and during the bridge as well. I wish she would sing like that more! Her voice sounds more "rich" than on other songs I'm still obsessed with this song. How can a fan not love these little gems: Like a virgin sweet and keen. Fake tits and a nasty mood. Shoot their mouth and talk obscene. Got their fuck me porn star heels on. TOO MUCH IS NEVER ENOUGH.

MadFan
This is the most selfreferential and intricate song on MDNA I think. + a personal favourite. got my fuck-me porn star heels on.
Nightshade
This song has REALLY grown on me. I didn't pay it much attention when I first reviewed the album but it's def a killer. I love so many parts of it... "Cash or credit, it's gonna hurt" The digital bubbly that springs out right before the chorus hits GENIUS

There is a whole lot going on that someone may not catch just by half way listening to it. BRILLIANT!!

ryan
It's in my top 5 from MDNA. I just love the way how the vocals are presented, sounds as if they were sung in some huge dance club.

neutrocks
So yeah, I originally wasn't too keen on the song, but it's really grown on me too. And the more I think about it, it probably could be a cool radio single... that's if radio was willing to play it. I love this video accompanying the song... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RxICA5-bxnY

Sloane
This is one of my MDNA favorites, have it on repeat often. Don't much care for the opening seconds for some reason, but it's one of the harder, richer dance beats on the record (2nd to Gang Bang, of course, though that is less "rich" compared to SG). I don't understand why so many disregard it. 'Some Girls' was a fav the 1st time I heard it. The very night I got the CD I laid in bed listening to it over and over Would like to see it as a single

adreeyen
I dislike how it was sandwiched between GMAYL and Superstar. It just doesn't belong there. It deserves to be track 4 to be alongside the other three bangers.

Some Girls 6. Turn Up The Radio I agree, it's darker more aggressive sound just seemed out of place in between the bubbly Superstar and GMAYL. I like it at the tail end of the "bangers" just before the intro to the "sparkly pop songs".

Too true, even the original tracklist was so much better. - Girls Gone Wild - Gang Bang - I’m Addicted - Some Girls - I Don’t Give A - Turn Up the Radio - Give Me All Your Luvin’ - B-day Song - Superstar - I’m a Sinner - Masterpiece - Falling Free Personally, I love this tracklist and would've just thrown Love Spent between I'm A Sinner and Masterpiece (like in the finalized tracklisting). I really don't see why she changed the order of the first six songs.

And to have 4 dance songs in a row, was not a good idea.

Msig
In my opinion, "Some Girls" is the weakest song on the standard album. The first time I heard the song, it sounded to me like a Britney Spears - weeks later, when I found out that it IS indeed a Britney reject, I wasn't surprised. However, as others have mentioned, the song works much better when played in the album's original track order, between "I'm Addicted" and "I Don't Give A"
