Vetiver Posted March 10, 2012 Share Posted March 10, 2012 It is not about, sales or not sales, it is about being the first Madonna album in more than a decade to be in our hands the bloody day of its released ... just as she wants to, i don't think a leak would be a bigger hype than the rave reviews all over the place, it may even get more pre orders now that the critics are ravishing about the listening parties ... anyway my pre order was done on day 1, and of course if it leaks it would be too hard to wait, but if it does not leak it would be great just for the main fact, that March 26th is the release date and March 26th is when people should get it. Just think about that day and how we all be getting it at the same time and practically listening to it at the same time going crazy, crying, dancing, sexing or whatever, just pure magic ... of course if it does leak (which is highly possible tbh) that will not happen ... 16 days to go Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

IN FACT a LO-QUALITY leak would be great for sales. but waiting right up to that last minute to hear it in it's would be great because everyone would be doing it together. and that's what music does, right? I’m not involved in any marketing , and I’m no expert, but I must say that from my observations, it’s working brilliantly. Given the end results. Madonna and Guy Oseary certainly know what they’re doing and they are doing it with panache. As will become more apparent over the coming months. Perhaps it’s not by the promo ‘rule book’. Cause I don't see it listed anymore only if you pre-ordered during the weekend of the superbowl. i hope it doesn't leak, but if it does happen to pop up in the next few days, i really wish they would go ahead and put it up for sale. if she's not going to be doing 'traditional' promo, its not like they HAVE to stick to to 3/26, no? i know it would never happen, but it would be nice to hear it at the same time as everyone else as opposed to a few weeks later.
