New material is a must; other than that, I'll deal with whatever she dishes up.

I'd like to hear Don't Tell Me. It's been a while!!! :dramatic:

It would be nice to end the show with the "Don't ever tell me to stop" sentence ;)

New material:maxium of 5 songs in each concert. She can reherse 9 if she wants, and then change them, so we´d have a surprise with the setlist.

Bedtime story, maybe masheup with another song that people know best (take a bow for example.Yes , strange pair, that´s why it would be surprising and new)

who´s that girl. Please, no guitar version.

Express yourself: she has to show, again, that BTW is a copy.

Open your heart.

Everybody.

Songs she should retire:

Music (it was perfection for Confessions, she should have left it alone for S&S)

Ray of Light (same arrangement the last two tours)

La Isla Bonita (see above)

Shit she NEEDS to drag out:

Open Your Heart (I don't care how...but no fucking rock version please)

Deeper and Deeper (original version)

Rain (original version)

These would be lovely:

Oh Father

Intervention

How High

Nothing Really Matters

Gone

Well since I don't know what her new album's theme is and how it's going to sound like I'd rather wait to make a whole setlist but here are some ideas i have for songs she could perform on her next tour (in no particular order):

Express Yourself (with samples from EnVogue's "Free Your Mind", George Michael's "Freedom '90" and maybe "Lady GaGa's "Born This Way") <- Actually I think, if there had been a "Bedtime Stories Tour" this (without the Born This Way part) would've worked perfectly as part of the setlist.

The Power of Good-Bye (either prformed as a dance or a very haunting ballad version)

Everybody (with samples from "Get Together", "Where's the Party", Martin Solveig's "Hello" and maybe LMFAO's "Party Rock Anthem") <- imagine this as penultimate song of the concert :dramatic:

Open Your Heart!!! Madonna do whatever you want with that song, as long as it's not just an interlude with 1 verse of it it will be great!

Hollywood (Rock Remix)

Nothing Fails (with samples from "Like a Prayer"/"Act of Contrition", "The Beast Within" and "It's So Cool") <- actually I don't like this song that much, but I think this performance of it would be EPIC!

Take a Bow (ala La Isla Bonita (DWT) or You Must Love Me (S&ST))

Rescue Me (updated version)!!! :dramatic: <-I have a feeling that she's going to do that song on her next tour!!

these are only a few of a lot...

  • 1 year later...

Seriously though, this is the Suedey wishlist Top 10, in no particular order -

1. Rain/Rescue Me/Ray of Light SUPER MEDLEY/SEGMENT type thing

2. Express Yourself (with elements of "Respect Yourself" and "Born This Way" as a joke/"tribute")

3. Open Your Heart (torch song/ballad arrangement)

4. Secret (dance remix)

5. The Power of Goodbye (with acoustic guitar)

6. Keep it Together (completely re-arranged and updated for 2012)

7. Don't Tell Me (ballad with acoustic guitar, no choreography)

8. Take a Bow (original album version)

9. Sorry (rock version - but more in the vain of Man with Guitar remix-meets-album version than the vomit-inducing "Hung Up" S&S rawk mix)

10. Deeper and Deeper/La Isla Bonita/Vogue SUPER MEDLEY/SEGMENT type thing
