Carta Posted September 18, 2009 Share Posted September 18, 2009 From what I've heard (but don't quote me on this), but the SINGLE CD booklet folds out to the poster where the back side displays these images and the credits: And the double CD has a poster that folds out (which has a separate booklet) with probably a similar montage of images above or it's just blank.
