As much as I'd love a #1 in the UK - what I want more is big sales in the run up to Xmas .

November 1 was rumoured x factor date but it's all gone quiet.

She needs to push big with this album as success will set her in a good position for the first live nation album. She needs promotion and advertising .

#10 on iTunes, I wonder if it will drop out of the top 10 by next Sunday?

And will Mika & Dizzee Rascal outdo her on the album charts or the UK's love of GH's will conquer once again?

Celeb album seems to be doin bad on i-tunes, i'm sure HC was alot higher on the sunday before its release.

Comparisons to AL singles are pointless. Madonna would be #1 with this single if only physicals were counted. I know the chart records and books don't make a difference, but 42k is fantastic for a single that had no promotion and was repressed. This is easily a bigger hit than any of the AL singles, but I already said those who expected a #1 based on what they thought of the song would end up disappointed.

she just got another SOLID top #3 with very decent sales! Im thrilled cause for a while there, I was concerned that shed struggle to barely get a top 5 lol. #3 is very respectable. If she would ranked say...#6 or below, the media/haters would say the last nail was finally in her career coffin! Anyways, ^ just how badly are the iTunes album sales ?? :( .

I didn't realize Celebration album was only #59 on iTunes. But for a GH, iTunes is not the main channel, even if it doesn't even get top 10 on iTunes, it still can go top 3 on the actual albums chart.

Hard Candy sold 94k in its first week, can a GH top that 17 months later?
