Guest Johnkm
^ I couldnt agree more, I loathed him with every fibre of my being from the moment I saw him. However my sister (16) felt the need to buy his album and play it full blast all last week

That would make up for not reaching the top position. And it baffles me how easily Calvin Harris got to Number One while M's "Get Together" struggled. Without GT, "I'm Not Alone" would have never existed.

And it baffles me how easily Calvin Harris got to Number One while M's "Get Together" struggled. Without GT, "I'm Not Alone" would have never existed. I think that is seriously overstating GT which is a pleasant enough tune but not a strong track... Calvin Harris's track is a classic and it owes a lot to the house sound of the mid-nineties that was huge in the UK. Have to say that I am not aware of the Doves track though. Queen Bitch
Don't think I've heard I'm Not Alone GT was the third single released ages after the album - that said, she managed a number 1 with La Isla Bonita, almost a year after True Blue came out. Guest Danny86
"Get Together" is hardly original, that kinda music was done dozens of times before it, as it was discussed with Britney's "Trouble" as well.
