The Eagles are doing so well worldwide. I am starting to like them too...

Are there any major album releases this year? Otherwise we arw going to have Leona on top for whats left of the year

Is Britney going to achieve Gold certification or nor even that?

Blackout down to #80 and Gimme More down to #30. Flop.

Blackout may be a flop, for now at least, but Gimme More has sold well over 100k and is in the top 100 for the year, which is good considering lack of promotion and airplay.

How much has X and Blackout sold in the UK respectively? No, I'm not trying to compare them or stir shit but I really want to know.

Depending on this weeks sales figures, X will be on around 145-160k after 2 weeks, Blackout around 90k after 5 weeks.

So Back to black has sold 1740 000. Still dont understand why they chart separately. The special editions of Take That, Beyonce and Justin Timberlake didnt

Thanks for the data Hafo

Something to do with the fact that too many additional tracks have been added.

It didn't chart :(

When you say "chart" do you mean Top 200, Hafo?

Do you know how far down the charts are compiled? I know it's definitely 200, and I always assumed that was the cut off. But I remember all that chat about Mel B's last album going in at 450 or something. I was never sure if that was a joke.

Yup, Top 200. That'd be the "official" maximum charting scope.

I think it's possible that a Top 1000 or even 2000 is compiled (since at the end the OCC will have all available sales), but I doubt it's available to anyone outside the industry.

Last I heard Sing was around #225 on the midweeks.
