  1. Florida Woman Arrested After Throwing Whopper and Calling Burger King Employee Racial Slurs Over Size of Tomato BY JOSHUA ESPINOZA May 3, 2021 An elderly woman was charged with a felony after she attacked a fast-food employee with racist slurs and a Whopper. According to the Smoking Gun, 77-year-old Florida resident Judith Black was arrested over the weekend after she admitted to the assault that took place at a Sumter County Burger King. The police report states the incident occurred last Friday night, when Black reportedly became upset about the thickness of the tomato in her sandwich. The woman reportedly went to the front counter and expressed her frustration to a Black staffer. The employee told officers she informed Black that she couldn’t help until she stopped screaming, which prompted the unruly customer to throw the Whopper at the employee’s head and begin shouting racist slurs. “Shut up you Black b*tch,” she allegedly told the staffer, before using the n-word multiple times as she left the restaurant with her husband. The victim’s account was corroborated by witnesses statements and surveillance video. Another Burger King employee managed to get Black’s license plate number, which officers used to track Black at her home in a retirement community. Police say Black admitted to her actions and was subsequently placed under arrest. She was charged with battery. According to the Smoking Gun, the Whopper incident would’ve typically resulted in a misdemeanor; however, due to Black’s use of racist slurs, the charged was reclassified as a felony. Black was released on $2,500 bond early Saturday.

Pinellas County Sheriff/Facebook A man performing a sex act on a woman in a Florida park was busted by a cop — who wrote a detailed, erotic novel-style description of the romp in his police report. Grant Mulder, 48, and Lauren Baugh, 41, were spotted getting frisky at about 1:45 p.m. Saturday in Largo Central Park near Tampa Bay, according to police affidavits obtained by the Smoking Gun. “[She was] lying on her back with her legs spread apart and her vulva exposed as her boyfriend and co-defendant performed cunnilingus on her,” Officer Lawrence Trinka wrote in the police report. The wannabe romance-novelist cop added that cunnilingus is “better known as the union of the mouth with the vulva.” The couple’s steamy moment — which happened amid spring break crowds in the area — was potentially visible to park goers, motorists and pedestrians from a “highly trafficked roadway” nearby, according to the police report. There was an “indication of alcohol” about the lovebirds, who both have criminal histories, according to the report. Mulder was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, while Baugh is facing a rap for exposure of sexual organs. Baugh posted a $150 bond and was released from jail Sunday. Mulder entered a no contest plea and was found guilty by a judge, who fined him $600. Previously, Baugh has been arrested for burglary, theft, trespassing, and possession of an open container. Mulder’s rap sheet includes convictions for aggravated assault, grand theft, battery and disorderly intoxication.
  3. https://nypost.com/2021/02/03/florida-lawyer-disbarred-for-filming-sexual-encounter-with-inmate/ Florida lawyer disbarred for making pornographic film with inmate Andrew Spark had already been suspended following his convictions for solicitation of prostitution. A Florida attorney has been disbarred for filming his own sexual encounter with at least one female inmate for the production of a pornographic video. Before his Jan. 21 disbarment, Andrew Spark had already been suspended following his convictions for solicitation of prostitution and bringing contraband into county detention facilities, The Miami Herald reported. Spark solicited sex inside attorney-client visitation rooms at two separate jail facilities in Florida, according to the summary of Florida Supreme Court’s ruling to disbar him that was provided in a press release by The Florida Bar. The lawyer “abused his privilege to practice law,” the summary said. Spark even drew up a modeling contract for inmates, where women would have to agree not to reveal his identity, according to a referee’s report obtained by Law&Crime. In one instance, Spark paid a woman $10 after recording her give oral sex to him at the Falkenburg Road Jail in Hillsborough County, the reports said.

A Florida couple had sex in plain sight of passing motorists along a Florida road – landing them behind bars for public display of penetration, according to The Smoking Gun. “Many drivers” observed Amber Gormley, 39, and Shawn McClelland, 30, as they got it on Saturday in Largo, a city in the Tampa Bay area, the outlet reported, citing a police report. The randy pair were in an “open area location of a busy area where all drivers could see them having intercourse,” police said. One driver reported seeing McClelland performing oral sex on his partner — as well as certain penetrative acts with his finger, according to the report. Gormley and McClelland were charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition, a felony, and held on $10,000 bond. McClelland — who also was hit with a misdemeanor charge of possession of synthetic marijuana — was convicted in 2018 on a misdemeanor charge for stealing cat litter and peppermint tea from a Walmart, The Smoking Gun reported. Gormley’s rap sheet includes convictions for theft, drug possession and possession of burglary tools. She also faces a pending charge of possession of methamphetamine, the outlet reported.
  5. Flagler County woman placed 400 pamphlets, porn-filled Easter eggs in strangers’ mailboxes, deputies say FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. Flagler County deputies arrested a woman they said placed Easter eggs with explicit images in strangers’ mailboxes. Deputies were alerted to the behavior of 42-year-old Abril Cestoni Wednesday evening after they received multiple calls that she was allegedly placing the eggs in mailboxes. She later admitted to placing the images in the mailboxes and said she was educating people, according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office. “Our team did a great job in tracking this deranged offender down and taking her into custody”, said Sheriff Rick Staly. “Thankfully she did not appear to be sick with COVID-19 symptoms, but she certainly needs some help.” Investigators said Cestoni told them she gave out more than 400 pamphlets recently. The eggs were found to have a cracker in the shape of a fish, one sheet of toilet paper, a powdered drink mix, and a crumpled up piece of paper containing pornographic images, according to officials. Cestoni was arrested and charged with 11 counts of distributing obscene material. Additional charges may be pending as the investigation continues. https://www.wftv.com/news/local/flagler-county/flagler-county-woman-placed-400-pamphlets-porn-filled-easter-eggs-strangers-mailboxes-deputies-say/KZTD4H347VEFTP4LMJZH3FY23E/
  6. Florida woman shoplifts bomb ingredients at Walmart, tries to blow up store By THERESA BRAINE NEW YORK DAILY NEWS JAN 14, 2020 | 3:01 PM Emily Stallard, 37, reportedly crafted the homemade bomb in front of a child at a Florida Walmart. A Florida woman accompanied by a child trolled the aisles of a Tampa Walmart, constructing a bomb as she went, and tried to blow up the store, police said Tuesday. Emily Stallard, 37, of Tampa, was charged with several felonies, including attempted arson of a structure, fire bombing, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, child abuse and battery on a law enforcement officer, the Tampa Bay Times reported. It was an alert security guard at a Walmart in Tampa who noticed Stallard cruising the aisles, picking up – and opening – “flammable materials, projectiles and matches,” the Tampa Bay Times reported. And she was shoplifting them, to boot, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office told the Tampa Bay Times. Stallard then proceeded to fill a mason jar with fuel-grade denatured alcohol and wire brad nails – tiny and nearly headless – and fashioned a wick out of a shoelace. As she was attempting to set fire to the shoelace with a lighter, the security guard and an off-duty officer who the guard had alerted stopped her, WTVT-TV of Tampa reported. “This woman had all the supplies she needed to cause mass destruction at her disposal,” Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister told the Tampa Bay Times. “Had it not been for an alert off-duty law enforcement officer and a watchful security staff at Walmart, she may have followed through with her plans to cause an explosion inside the store.” Walmart weighed in too, noting that it had upped training for store personnel in deescalation and deterring shoplifting. “We take the safety and security of our customers and associates seriously,” the retailer said. “We appreciate the quick response of local law enforcement and are assisting them as they investigate the matter.” On top of it all, Stallard allegedly was toting a child and enlisting the tot’s assistance, police said. “The defendant encouraged the child to engage in an act that could have caused great bodily harm and induced the child to become delinquent,” police told WTVT.
  7. Britain’s ‘first gay dads’ split after one starts dating daughter’s ex By Kenneth Garger | November 17, 2019 | 8:23pm | Updated Tony (left) and Barrie Drewitt-Barlow in 2013 The well-documented relationship between Britain’s “first gay dads” has officially come to an end — as one of the men is now “in love” and dating his daughter’s ex-boyfriend, a report said. Tony and Barrie Drewitt-Barlow — who were England’s first same-sex couple to be named on a birth certificate as parents — have parted ways and Barrie opened up about their new unconventional living arrangement to The Sun on Saturday. “I’ve fallen in love with Scott and he has done the same,” said Barrie, 50, referring to the ex of his 19-year-old daughter, Saffron, who is openly bisexual. “I feel stupid at my age to have these feelings about someone other than Tony and half my age. But when you know something is right, it’s right. We have not made definite plans but I would like to marry Scott.” Scott, 25, and Barrie are continuing to live in the family’s $7.5 million Florida mansion, along with Tony and Saffron and the rest of the family. Barrie & Scott Barrie told the paper that his estranged husband and Saffron are accepting of the relationship. Tony、Barrie、Scott (Daughter's ex)、Saffron(Daughter) “I’m not having a midlife crisis — if I was having one, I’d buy myself a Porsche 911,” Barrie said. “This is the real deal. But not everyone will get it, as our living arrangements are unorthodox — I feel like I’m living in a commune, we are all still living together.” Barrie and Tony in 1999 welcomed twins born to a surrogate and declared themselves “Britain’s first gay dads,” The Sun said. The couple became civil partners in 2006 and married in 2014 once it became legal to do so in the UK, the report said. They have five children. Barrie said that while Tony is his “true love,” they grew romantically distant in recent years, with the two sleeping in separate bedrooms. That, together with Tony’s deteriorating health following a 2006 cancer diagnosis, led them to drift “into a platonic relationship.” https://nypost.com/2019/11/17/britains-first-gay-dads-split-after-one-starts-dating-daughters-ex/

Cops claim Aaron Thomas, 31, and Megan Mondanaro, 35, were pedaling south on South Fletcher Lane with no lights on their bikes when they were nearly run over by a car that didn’t see them. When officers pulled over the pair, he reportedly smelled booze on both of their breath. Noting Mondanaro’s slurred speech and blood-shot eyes, cops informed the cyclist they would be conducting a sobriety test. When Mondanaro declined to participate, she was arrested for DUI. Cops also arrested Thomas and put the two of them into the back of a police cruiser. Then things got weird. “While I was outside of my patrol vehicle, Megan and Aaron took their clothes off and started to have sex,” Officer Mark Hunter wrote in his report. “When I opened the door to stop them, Aaron was naked and Megan had her pants down where her vaginal area was visible.” Hunter also reported Mondanaro’s bra had been partially removed and her breasts were visible. When officers opened the door, Thomas reportedly tried to run away and Mondanaro “became violent and started kicking.” She was taken to a hospital for a medical evaluation, then arrested. Once in custody, Mondanaro blew a .066 on a breathalyzer. Thomas’ blood-alcohol level is not noted in the report. Both are accused of engaging in lascivious acts and resisting arrest. Nassau County Sheriff’s Office has not replied to a request for comment.

Cue Madonna’s “God Control.” The man, who chose to remain anonymous, advertised an “open house party” at his Deltona bungalow “on a gay social media site,” and he probably wasn’t talking about Twitter. According to the police report, the man told officers the “theme of the party was ‘anonymous sex,’ where guests were “encouraged to come and go as they pleased” (obvious emphasis on come), and the host welcomed them to “bring along any friends or acquaintances they desired,” and all were “encouraged to utilize fictitious names, or use no name at all.” She knows how to stick to a theme! Of the approximately 20 guests who visited between July 19-21, the host “only knew five or six personally.” The Smoking Gun spoke with the victim, who has a concealed carry permit for the $440 Glock pistol and said it was “pretty low that somebody that I knew stole a gun out of my house,” although to be fair, he didn’t know all of them. He disputes the police report’s suggestion that he advertised the party, explaining that he merely invited guys he chatted with on Grindr and Adam4Adam, which is making it very hard for the police to track down suspects. For me, the big takeaway is that Adam4Adam still exists. And apparently, these parties are a regular occurrence, where anonymous men with possible gun fetishes hang out in the backyard in between coming and going. “I entertain quite a bit,” said the host.

Natasha Ethel Bagley, 42, faces charges of armed burglary with assault or battery, attempted robbery with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief, court records show. Bagley and her girlfriend, 27-year-old Genesis Peguero, went to the fast food at restaurant April 2 and asked for free fries at the drive thru, according to an arrest report obtained by WTVJ. When an employee refused, the two women allegedly parked and walked into the restaurant. Peguero hopped over the counter and, with her hands in her pockets, claimed she had a pistol and demanded the manager give them all of the money in the register, according to police. When the unidentified female manager tried to call police, Peguero punched the woman in the face, according to the report. Police say Bagley joined in, helping Peguero assault the manager. The pair allegedly tore registers and monitors off the Burger King counter before driving away from the restaurant in an SUV. Peguero is still on the run, but Bagley was booked Tuesday after the victims managed to identify her, according to police.

  13. Florida man stole laxatives thinking they were painkillers, police say Tuesday, January 29, 2019 07:11PM PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida -- A Florida man is behind bars after stealing what he thought were Hydrocodone pills, but which turned out to actually be over-the-counter laxatives and not powerful prescription opioids, according to a criminal complaint. Cops allege that Peter Hans Emery, 56, took the pills from a "lock box" at the victim's Pinellas Park home Thursday morning. The complaint lists Emery's home address as the site of the theft itself. His relationship with the 49-year-old victim is unknown. Emery, cops say, was recorded by a video camera "entering the victim's lock box, selecting a pill bottle, pouring pills into his hand, and then leaving." The pill container was labeled "Hydrocodone-Acetaminophen." However, Emery subsequently discovered that he had not swiped painkillers. The pill bottle actually contained dosages of Equate Gentle Laxative, which promises "predictable overnight relief" from constipation. When Pinellas Park Police Department officers caught up with Emery Thursday night, he reportedly admitted taking the pills because he thought they were Hydrocodone. "But he threw them away when he learned they were something else," investigators noted. Emery was booked into the Pinellas County jail on a felony charge since his rap sheet includes two prior theft convictions. Emery is also facing probation violation charges since he is in the midst of a two-year community supervision term related to a conviction last year for theft and illegal possession of the painkiller Dilaudid. Emery, a habitual offender, has served a combined 28 months in state prison and has a rap sheet brimming with arrests for offenses like burglary; cocaine possession; forgery; grand theft; resisting arrest; auto theft; and failure to appear in court.

That’s when Brooks allegedly came across the timepieces, valued at $108,000, hidden in a Crown Royal Whiskey bag. Miami Springs Police reportedly said Brookens stuffed the watches into her body cavity and fled the hotel. The Orlando businessman who owned the watches gave chase only to have Brookens clock him in the head as he tried to stop her from hailing a taxi, according to the report. Officers were able to retrieve one of the watches at the scene of the crime, but were unable to locate the other four, which were later recovered by county jail authorities. “Four Rolex watches which were found in Delajurea Brookens’ vaginal cavity,” the report said. In addition to being busted for stealing watches, Brookens was reportedly booked for cocaine possession and smuggling contraband into a correctional facility. Brookens, who has the word “whore” tattooed onto her arm, had previously been busted for prostitution, according to cops. Shelby McDowell, 20, was arrested by Flagler County Sheriff’s deputies after she crashed a wedding in order to spy on a guest she said was her boyfriend. He, however, told police he’s actually her ex-boyfriend. It was unclear whether he meant she was his ex prior to the wedding, or because of what happened at the wedding, Flagler Live reports. It all started Saturday morning when Darby Johns ― the man she claims was her beau ― told her he was going to a wedding at a nearby resort, but without her. Investigators said McDowell decided to go uninvited to spy on the 26-year-old Johns, who may or may not have been her boyfriend. After crashing the gathering, McDowell allegedly poured a drink on him and the woman he was dancing with before punching the woman in the face, according to WKMG TV. McDowell told WJAX TV that she wore a black wig to avoid being recognized. “I just wanted to find out what was going on, unnoticed, and leave,” she said in a written statement. “My intention was to SEE what was happening, and if I saw him betraying me, it would have been a way for me to know and understand that our relationship was over.” McDowell said when she walked into the ballroom, Johns was dancing and kissing another woman, identified as 26-year-old Crystal Munoz. That was when she chucked the drink and allegedly punched the woman in the left eye. Police said McDowell ran to the restroom and hid in a stall. McDowell claimed several women in the bridal party went into the bathroom and “pulled her out of the stall by her feet and they began to punch her,” according to the arrest report. However, resort employees told police that when the manager came to break up the fight, McDowell was on top Munoz, pummeling her, according to WKMG TV. McDowell was separated from her victim and made to wait until police and emergency responders arrived. “I was told that if I did not press charges on anyone, no charges would be pressed on me,” she told WJAX TV. “I agreed that I would not press charges, and I waited to be escorted out. When the police arrived, I was arrested and told that Crystal Munoz was pressing battery charges on me.” Officers charged McDowell with misdemeanor battery. She spent the night in jail before being released 12 hours later. In her statement to WJAX TV, McDowell acknowledged she is aware of certain social niceties. “I am aware that going to a wedding uninvited is wrong. I am aware that pouring a drink on someone is also wrong,” she said. She added: “I just wanted to see if Darby was really cheating, so that I could know it was forever over between us. It was always about him, never Crystal. I never intended for there to be a scene. “After the drink incident, if the girls had not of attacked me, there would never have been such a chaotic scene. I am very apologetic towards the bride and groom, since this happened at their wedding. “Like I said, I never intended for it to have gotten so out of control.” Johns told deputies that he did not kiss Munoz, but instead that he and Munoz were walking to the dance floor when McDowell allegedly attacked them

Jamel Dunn, of Cocoa, Florida, died after wading into a fenced off pond following cries for help which went ignored. Brevard County State Attorney’s office released the video to Florida Today, and said that although the incident was a "tragedy", the young people involved in the video do not appear to have broken any laws. The teenagers, thought to be aged between 14 and 16, can be heard laughing behind the camera as the father-of-two shouted for help, before he disappeared under water. One shouted: “Get out the water, you gonna die.” Another can be heard saying: “Ain’t nobody fixing to help you, you dumb b***h.” Another teen asked his peers if they were “scared to see a dead person” as a scream is heard in the background. Moments later one announced “he just died”, before the rest erupted in laughter. They left the park shortly after without reporting the incident to the authorities. Yvonne Martinez, spokesperson for Cocoa Police Department, said: “He started to struggle and scream for help and they just laughed. They didn’t call the police. They just laughed the whole time.” His fiancé had reported Mr Dunn missing, and a family friend notified the police after finding the video online. The teens were later identified and questioned by detectives, though it is unlikely they will be charged, given that they were not directly involved in his death. "Good Samaritan" laws cannot be applied to the case, police said. In a statement released to Florida Today, the State Attorney’s office said they were “deeply saddened and shocked at both the manner in which Mr Dunn lost his life and the actions of the witnesses". “While the incident depicted on the recording does not give rise to sufficient evidence to support criminal prosecution under Florida statutes, we can find no moral justification for either the behaviour of persons heard on the recording or the deliberate decision not to render aid to Mr Dunn," the statement added. ____________________- This is absolutley horrible. 21. http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/fla-couple-caught-sex-public-tells-police-officer-article-1.3320521 Florida couple caught having sex in public tells off police officer BY MINYVONNE BURKE NEW YORK DAILY NEWS Wednesday, July 12, 2017, 11:08 AM They just needed another minute or two. A Florida couple caught having sex in public was so annoyed an officer interrupted their early morning tryst that they told off the cop. According to a criminal complaint, Officer Logan Ward was patrolling a business in Largo Monday morning when he found 46-year-old Craig Schultheis and 45-year-old Tabatha Lehman "naked from the waist down performing sexual activities on each other," the Smoking Gun reports. Officer Ward said Schultheis repeatedly told him that he was "just trying to get a piece of a--." Lehman also seemed to be annoyed by the interruption, telling the cop that Schultheis was just trying to perform oral sex on her. It seems booze may have played a part in the duo jumping each other's bones outside the store, the outlet reports. The little rendezvous landed Schultheis and Lehman behind bars, but the couple was released after spending about nine hours in jail.

If the banned Lucky Guy was still here I'm sure he'd defend her since back then he too believed that Sandy Hook was all an elaborate hoax http://mobile.reuters.com/article/idUSKBN18Y2BY Wed Jun 7, 2017 | 4:10 PM EDT Florida woman sentenced for threatening parent of Sandy Hook victim By Bernie Woodall | FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. A Florida woman who believed the 2012 massacre at a Connecticut elementary school was a hoax was sentenced on Wednesday to five months in federal prison after pleading guilty to threatening the father of one of the 20 children killed. Lucy Richards, 57, admitted in a plea agreement to writing on the website of the father of one of the youngest Sandy Hook Elementary School victims: "LOOK BEHIND YOU IT IS DEATH" in January 2016. Leonard Pozner was not identified in court records but confirmed in an interview with Reuters that he was the target of the threats, which he believes occurred because of his public opposition to those who deny the killings happened. A 20-year-old man armed with an assault rifle gunned down 20 first-graders and six educators at the school in Newton, Connecticut, on Dec. 14, 2012, in the second-deadliest school shooting in U.S. history. Conspiracy theorists have charged that the event was a hoax, a "false flag" staged by political activists who wanted to crack down on gun ownership in the United States. Connecticut, New York and Maryland passed laws limiting sales of assault rifles and high-capacity magazines following the massacre, but federal laws were unchanged. "I'm satisfied with the sentencing because for me it's about raising awareness to this growing problem of alternative facts and people who are easily influenced by those facts, and then, take it upon themselves to think that they are the part of some army of good," Pozner said. Pozner said his family including his wife and two daughters, now 12 and 10, moved to South Florida at the end of the school year in which his son, Noah, was killed at the age of 6. The younger of his daughters was Noah's twin sister. Richards, who lives near Tampa, pleaded guilty in Fort Lauderdale to one count of transmitting threats via interstate commerce, according to federal court documents. Her attorney, federal public defender Robert Berube of Fort Lauderdale, did not return phone calls for comment. Pozner said he still received threats "constantly" online. He founded a website that seeks to counter people who say the shootings never took place. The Sandy Hook gunman, Adam Lanza, began his rampage by killing his mother in their home and ended it by turning his weapon on himself as he heard police sirens approaching. Homeless woman, 28, arrested for 'having sex with two teen boys in a public restroom' at a war memorial in Florida By Ashley Collman For Dailymail.com 11:13 EST 13 Feb 2017, updated 12:41 EST 13 Feb 2017 *Maria Lynn Baker, 28, was arrested in Ocala, Florida on Saturday on two counts of lewd and lascivious battery *Authorities say they arrested Baker for allegedly having sex with two underage boys, ages 12 to 14, in a public bathroom at a war memorial *There's allegedly video evidence of at least one of the encounters A homeless woman was arrested in Ocala, Florida, after allegedly having sex with underage boys in a public restroom. Maria Lynn Baker, 28, shamelessly smiled in her mugshot on Saturday, after she was arrested on two counts of lewd and lascivious battery. Authorities say Baker had sex with two boys, between the ages of 12 and 14, in the public restroom at a war memorial off Silver Springs Boulevard - and that there's even video evidence of at least one of the encounters. Police say Baker called them on Friday to report the two boys, because they planned to snitch her out for some unspecified crime. Officers went to the war memorial and found Baker arguing with another woman. That woman told police that Baker was having sex with underage boys in the restroom and offered them video showing one of the encounters. Baker declined to speak to the officer about the incident. Police say that Baker could face more charges if they find additional victims. Baker is reportedly homeless and has been in and out of prison since 2006. She was last released in May 2016. Just last month she was spent 15 days in county jail on charges of disorderly conduct and trespassing.
