An outrageous video shows a pink lingerie-clad stripper twerking on an 8-year-old Florida boy as his friends laugh and throw money at the woman. A Tampa mother allegedly hired the stripper for her sons birthday, according to a video posted March 24 on YouTube that has since gone viral. The video shows the stripper in pink bra and underwear grinding against the boys face while he spanks her and tosses money. At least three other children can be seen on camera, with someone else filming. The video has since been deleted. The stripper was allegedly hired by the boy's mother for his birthday party. Commenters were livid at the young boys birthday guest, with some even calling for charges to be pressed. My only question is, what laws were possibly broken? What was this mother thinking? Why would the stripper even go along with this, especially when it's being taped? Not too bright, one person commented under the YouTube video. Another questioned whether charges could be pressed for sexual involvement with a minor. The Hillsborough County Sheriffs Department did not immediately return a call for comment.
  2. Teen 'Doctor' Out of Jail, Says Charges 'Just Allegations' "I am deeply saddened and a little disrespected by some of the things that have come forth," said Malachi Love-Robinson. Malachi Love-Robinson had all the trappings of a medical practice: an office, a lab coat and stethoscope. What he didn't have, authorities said, was a medical license; few 18-year-olds do. Now the Florida teen is charged with practicing medicine without a license and theft after he allegedly performed an exam on an undercover agent and took almost $3,500 from an 86-year-old woman seeking treatment for stomach pain. He's also accused of stealing three checks from her that he cashed for almost $2,800. Love-Robinson was released on $21,000 bail on Wednesday, one day after his arrest. "Those are just allegations," he told The Associated Press in a brief phone interview. Love-Robinson called a Wednesday night news conference and arrived a half hour late. He would only say that his attorneys are working to resolve the charges and that he hopes the community will pray for him. He declined to answer any questions. "I am deeply saddened and a little disrespected by some of the things that have come forth," he said. "My attorneys are working hard, they're working around the clock to make sure this issue gets resolved in the best way possible." According to Palm Beach County sheriff's reports, an undercover agent went to Love-Robinson's office, The New Birth New Life Medical Center, on Tuesday. He was wearing a white lab coat with a stethoscope draped over his neck. The agent told him that she was suffering from a sore throat, lethargy and sneezing. He took her temperature and used the stethoscope to check her lungs and heart and told her she was suffering from allergies and should take an over-the-counter medication. During one visit, she told detectives, she became ill, and Love-Robinson called an ambulance to take her to the hospital. He recommended that she not take her purse, so she gave it to him and asked him to lock up her house. After her release, she found her bank account had no money. Investigators said Love-Robinson had forged three checks from her account. Morrison did not immediately return a message left on her voicemail. A website for Love-Robinson's medical practice says he specializes in naturopathy, a system of medicine based on the healing power of nature that avoids the use of surgery and drugs. It is not a licensed medical specialty in Florida and cannot be legally practiced in the state. Its practitioners do not attend traditional medical schools. Love-Robinson's website says he is a "well rounded professional" who bases his treatments on "physiological functions and abnormal conditions on natural laws governing the human body." The site says he accepts 19 health insurance plans, plus Medicaid. Three insurance companies contacted by AP said they had no dealings with him. The site also says he speaks French and lists his age as 25. The Palm Beach Post and South Florida Sun Sentinel reported that Love-Robinson had been stopped last year at a hospital while wandering the halls wearing a lab coat and stethoscope. He was then 17. On a separate religious-themed website, Love-Robinson says he is an ordained minister with the Universal Life Church, having done a doctoral thesis that "explored the paradoxical nature of certain Christian doctrines and the implications for the rationality of Christian faith.'' The Universal Life Church is an Internet-based church that will ordain anyone 13 or older who fills out a short form. "Dr Love-Robinson is now and (sic) advocate for ULC and all Associations in which he represents and intends to bring much good to community one blessing at a time," his profile says.
  3. Florida man charged with tossing live alligator into Wendy’s drive-thru Judge orders defendant to stay away from animals — ‘including reptiles’ By Jason Sickles, Yahoo 5 hours ago Yahoo News Investigators say Joshua James admitted throwing this alligator through the window of a Wendy's restaurant in Loxahatchee. Gators are serious business in the Sunshine State, as a Florida circuit court judge reminded everyone Tuesday. Joshua James, 24, made his initial appearance before Judge Joseph Marx one day after being arrested for tossing a live alligator through the drive-thru window of a Wendy’s restaurant. The judge, according to local reports, set James’ bail at $6,000 and ordered him, among other things, to stay clear of Wendy’s restaurants and animals. “Including reptiles,” added Marx, who has two degrees from the University of Florida, home of the Gators. The bizarre incident occurred Oct. 11, when James found the 3-and-a half-foot alligator on the side of the road and led the reptile into his truck, according to a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission incident report. Then James, a resident of Jupiter, a town 20 miles north of Palm Beach, drove to a Wendy's restaurant in Royal Palm Beach and placed an order, received a drink at the drive-thru window, and hurled the alligator through the opening, investigators said. Joshua James, 24, faces up to five years in prison in convicted on an assault charge for throwing a live alligator No one was hurt during the incident. A game warden called to the scene found the gator in the kitchen and taped its mouth shut before releasing it back into the wild. Florida Fish and Wildlife used surveillance video and also traced a bankcard receipt to James that was used to buy the drink to identify James. According to the police report, the suspect confessed to investigators in December. Ed and Linda James, the man’s parents, told WPTV-TV that their son knew someone who worked at that Wendy’s location and was trying to play a joke. “It was just a stupid prank that he did that’s now turning into this,” said mother Linda James. “He's a prankster. He does stuff like this because he thinks it's funny.” Now James faces a felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and misdemeanor counts of taking of an alligator and theft. The felony is punishable by up to five years in prison if he is convicted.
  4. Nery Carvajal-Gonzalez arrested in botched penis-injection case Author: Amanda Batchelor, Senior Digital Editor, abatchelor@local10.com Glenna Milberg, Reporter, gmilberg@Local10.com Published On: Aug 25 2015 12:55:37 PM EDT Updated On: Aug 25 2015 05:39:24 PM EDT MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. - A woman accused of disfiguring a man's penis with injectables to make it bigger was arrested Monday in Miami-Dade County. Nery Carvajal-Gonzalez, 48, faces one count of unlicensed practice of health care causing serious injury and two counts of practicing medicine without a license. Gonzalez appeared Tuesday morning in bond court where she was granted a $100,000 bond. She will be placed on house arrest if she bonds out. Authorities said she was arrested after returning to Miami from Colombia Monday night, where she allegedly fled to after the procedure. "The state was going to show photos to the court, but that would only embarrass the victim and disgust the court," prosecutor Warren Eth said. "The court would not be able to unsee the images." According to court documents, the victim met Gonzalez after she came into the hair salon where he worked and offered injectable services. Investigators said the 55-year-old victim received facials from Gonzalez and eventually entrusted her to inject fillers into his penis at a Hialeah warehouse to make it longer and thicker. The victim said the procedure severely disfigured his penis, and said future attempts to contact Gonzalez were unsuccessful. "Reads like a horror script. It's almost unbelievable that a human being can voluntary do this to another human being. Not once, not twice. This was not an isolated incident. She solicits business and butchers people," Eth said. Mark Schreiber, 60, of Tamarac, was arrested earlier this month on a charge of unlicensed practice of health care causing serious injury. Investigators said the victim met Schreiber, who had his medical license pulled years ago and was recommended by Gonzalez, in the same Hialeah warehouse to remove the filler that was injected by Gonzalez. "To be honest, it looked professional," the victim told Local 10 News reporter Glenna Milberg. "I kind of trusted it for a while and I was trying to solve a problem. If I go to a professional doctor, it would cost me a lot of money to repair, and I didn't have the money." According to investigators, the filler was never removed. The patient claims that his penis was further mutilated by Schreiber and that he is unable to function sexually. "There are a lot of more people out there that suffer and are going through what I'm going through, and they're afraid to come out," the victim said. Schreiber served two years in prison on similar charges in 2008.

  6. Denial of chicken and biscuits leads to Florida daughter's beatdown on mom: cops A daughter viciously attacked her own mom after arguing over chicken and biscuits at a Florida mobile home, police said. The spat allegedly began after a drunk Kristin Michelle Howard showed up at her mother Kimberly Miller's trailer in Bunnell late Friday, reports the Daytona Beach News-Journal. The 31-year-old daughter made herself a plate of food. But the pair came to blows after her mom said that the chow wasn't hers to take. Howard allegedly smashed the plate in the sink and then, after being told to leave the house, punched her mom in the face and threw tea on her. Miller, 51, took her keys and dialed 911. Flagler County Sheriff's deputies arrived at the Ponderosa Mobile Home Park and Howard was charged with domestic battery. The allegedly deranged daughter was later released from the Flagler County Detention Facility. Her bail amount is unknown. It's not the first time Howard has been detained for violence, according to the Flagler County clerk's website. She was arrested six times for aggravated battery, domestic battery and principle to grand theft, but was never convicted. Then in May 2014, Howard was found guilty of misdemeanor battery and spent 20 days behind bars. Later last year she was arrested twice on drug charges. This May, she was jailed for three months on a cocaine charge, but was released after serving two months and 18 days. http://www.nydailynews.com/news/crime/chicken-biscuits-denial-leads-fla-daughter-mom-attack-article-1.2269144

  8. Florida bans use of 'climate change' by state agency: report By Barbara Liston March 9, 2015 5:38 PM ORLANDO, Fla. (Reuters) - Climate change activists blasted Florida Governor Rick Scott on Monday for leading an "Orwellian" campaign to ban employees of the state's lead environmental agency from using such terms as “global warming” and “climate change.” Despite coastal Florida's vulnerability to storm surges and rising sea levels, the state’s Department of Environmental Protection was directed in 2011 not to use the phrases in official communications, according to a report by the Florida Center for Investigative Reporting. “This is embarrassing, but worse than that, it’s very worrying,” said David Hastings, a marine science professor from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, on Florida's west coast. “To have this authoritarian word control is very Orwellian, a page right out of 'Nineteen Eighty-Four,'” he said, referring to George Orwell's dystopian novel about widespread government surveillance. The governor's office and the Department of Environmental Protection denied there was a policy banning the terms. "There is no policy and it simply is not true," said Scott's deputy communications director, John Tupps. Former employees of the department detailed the unwritten policy in interviews with the non-profit news agency, which reported the ban on Sunday. Employees were told not to use the phrases ‘climate change,’ ‘global warming,’ 'sea level rise,' or ‘sustainability,’ attorney Christopher Byrd, who worked with the department's Office of General Counsel from 2008 to 2013, confirmed to Reuters. "Nobody questioned it. There was just a lot of snickers and internal chuckling," Byrd said. The euphemism suggested to employees for “sea level rise” was “coastal resiliency,” he said. The prohibition began after the election of Scott, who had disputed the human impact on climate change during his 2010 campaign, according to the report. Concerns about climate change are widely voiced by research scientists, but questioned by conservative Republicans who oppose controls on carbon emissions blamed for causing environmental damage. Hastings was one of five climate scientists who were granted a half-hour meeting with Scott in August 2014 in which they warned him of the threat posed by a steadily rising ocean. Harvey Ruvin, who chaired a sea level rise task force in Miami that delivered its findings last year, told Reuters it was important for Florida, with about 1,000 miles (1,600 km) of coastline, to put politics aside on the climate change issue. “It would be very nice if we could resolve problems simply by eliminating their titles from the dictionary,” he said. 9. Malcolm Brenner: 'Sex with dolphin was like making love to the ocean' 20:08, 12 February 2015 By Alex Wellman Malcolm Brenner said the encounter was the most intimate he has ever experienced. Fling: Malcolm Brenner says Dolly seduced him before they embarked on a year-long affair A man who had sex with a dolphin has said it felt like he was making love with the ocean itself. Malcolm Brenner also revealed how the encounter was the most intimate he had ever experienced. The 63-year-old was speaking after the release of a controversial film that details his sexual experiences with a dolphin called Dolly. Called Dolphin Lover, the film details Malcolms relationship with the dolphin during the 1970s. In a recent interview, the self-confessed Zoophile, said having sex with Dolly was almost a spiritual moment. Speaking to Jezebel, he said: "It felt like I was making love with the ocean itself. It felt like, first of all, that I had forgiven myselfgotten over my hesitations about finally giving her what she wanted. "When I had that realisation, then it just seemed there was this energy surging between us, growing more intense. The twice-married American said that the time spent with Dolly was the most intimate of his life, adding: It stepped right over the species line. "The dolphin, I know, was just as aware. She'd had to elude a male dolphin to get to me. At the time of the 'relationship' in 1971, Brenner was a photographer and had access to the pool at the former theme park in Sarasota Florida, where he lived. Brenner has previously talked about his encounter in a novel called Wet Goddess. In his recent interview, he also expanded on his attraction to animals and defended owning a dog - arguing that he was not turned on by every animal he sees. He said: "I'm attracted to animals that have a rather independent streak in them. "Animals that think for themselves. "In addition to the dolphin, the only animal I ever had any sexual experience with is canines." http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/malcolm-brenner-sex-dolphin-like-5154423
  10. World's first penis REDUCTION surgery Teenager requested op after his manhood grew so large it stopped him having sex - 17-year-old complained his penis was too large, stopping him have sex - It measured 7ins in length and had a circumference of 10ins when flaccid - Despite the size, his penis did not grow when erect - it just became firmer - Surgeon said: 'It's girth was just massive' and was shaped like rugby ball - Doctors didn't take post op measurements but said it was still 'generous' - 'It was a life-changing event, he's all smiles,' urologist told MailOnline - WARNING GRAPHIC CONTENT By Alex Robertson For Mailonline Published: 09:46 GMT, 12 February 2015 | Updated: 14:06 GMT, 12 February 2015 A 17-year-old boy has undergone the world's first penis reduction surgery, surgeons claim. The American teen requested the surgery after his penis grew too large, restricting his ability to have sex or play competitive sports. The boy's surgeons were shocked when he came to them complaining that his penis was too big. When flaccid, it measured almost seven inches in length and had a circumference of 10 inches - around the size of a grapefruit. Surgeons described it as being shaped like an American football. The surgeon who treated the teenager, Rafael Carrion, a urologist at the University of South Florida, told MailOnline: 'There comes a time in every urologist's career that a patient makes a request so rare and impossible to comprehend that all training breaks down and leaves the physician speechless. 'That question was "can you make my penis smaller"? A 17-year-old boy in Florida is thought to be the first person to undergo penis reduction surgery. The teenager requested the operation after his penis (pictured on an X-ray) grew too large. The teenager had suffered from several bouts of priapism - an unwanted erection, due to having a condition in which abnormally-shaped blood cells block vessels in the penis, causing it to swell. These episodes had left his penis bloated and misshapen. He said he was unable to have sex or play competitive sport, had difficulty wearing his pants due to his 'large and heavy phallus', and was embarrassed by how visible it appeared underneath regular clothing. Though his penis was so large, it did not grow when he had erections - it merely became firmer. 'His penis had inflated like a balloon,' said Dr Carrion. 'It sounds like a man's dream - a tremendously inflated phallus - but unfortunately although it was a generous length, it's girth was just massive, especially around the middle. 'It looked like an American football.' Dr Carrion and his team looked at the medical literature but couldn't find any precedent for what to do. 'Lord knows there's a global race on how to make it longer and thicker in plastic surgery circles, but very little on how to make it smaller,' he said. In the end, they decided to embark on a surgical technique normally used to treat Peyronie's disease, a condition where scar tissue develops along the penis, causing it to bend. The surgeons sliced along an old circumcision scar, unwrapped the skin of the penis, and cut out two segments of tissue from either side. 'It was a bit like having two side tummy-tucks - that's how we explained it to him,' said Dr Carrion. The doctors were able to bypass the urethra - the tube which carries urine through the penis - and all of the nerves that provide sensation. The teenager spent just two days in hospital before returning home, apparently 'ecstatic' with his new penis. The doctors did not take final measurements of the penis, although Dr Carrion told MailOnline the result was 'generous'. 'It's slightly longer and slightly thicker than the average male, but now it looks symmetrical, and the patient was very satisfied,' he said. The teen now has no problem having normal erections and has full sensation. 'It looks cosmetically appealing, and he said it was a life-changing event, he's all smiles,' said Carrion. Since the paper describing the surgery was published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine, Dr Carrion has only had one person approach him to request the same surgery. He said: 'This [second] man seems to have a naturally large penis, because there's nothing unusual in his medical history, so it doesn't seem like there's any real abnormality in this case'. Whereas the first teenager had an obvious medical condition that needed treating, performing surgery on someone who is completely healthy but having difficulties with the size of his penis is another matter, said Dr Carrion. 'These are controversial waters we're stepping in,' he added. 'Who is to judge what is a legitimate complaint and what isn't? 'You don't normally have men complaining about this kind of thing. These are very unique cases.' Lost Central Florida man calls 911, gets arrested Author: Daniel Dahm, Managing Editor of ClickOrlando.com, ddahm@clickorlando.com Published On: May 29 2014 03:34:19 PM EDT Updated On: May 29 2014 03:38:15 PM EDT Andrew James Joffe arrested in Polk County POLK CITY, Fla. - A Central Florida man who called 911 to say he was lost and being chased by wild hogs () was arrested after, deputies say, they found stolen property in his backpack. Andrew James Joffe, 24, of Chuluota, called 911 in Polk county around 1:50 a.m. Thursday, saying he didn't known his exact location, but that he was walking somewhere along Deen Still Road. Deputies found him on Deen Still Road near Sweet Hill Road, several miles west of U.S. Highway 27. An investigation uncovered that Joffe had an open warrant for driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, said deputies, who took him into custody. As Joffe’s backpack was being inventoried, deputies said they found electronic equipment, cellphones, earrings and a GPS device, which was stolen from a home in Davenport. Deputies said Joffe admitted to taking the GPS from a vehicle. “We have had people with warrants call us to turn themselves in before, but it’s unusual for someone with an active warrant, who just burglarized a car, to get lost and call us for help," Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said. "In his defense, it does get pretty dark out on Deen Still Road in the middle of the night." Joffe was arrested and taken to jail in Bartow.

Topless Florida Woman Wrecks McDonalds, Pauses to Guzzle Ice Cream A Florida woman wearing nothing but a thong rampaged through a St. Petersburg McDonald's Monday, banging her head on the counter and then attempting to take apart the kitchen with her bare hands. Eventually, she chilled out by eating soft-serve straight out of the machine. Employees posted the uncensored security footage to LiveLeak later that night, along with their running commentary. "This woman is my new role model," one of them says. And why not? Florida Woman doesn't play by the rules. She engages on her own terms. 16. Woman arrested for using 911 to hit on officerUpdated: Feb 24, 2014 10:49 PM EST PUNTA GORDA, FL - A Punta Gorda woman was arrested Friday night for misuse of 911, after asking dispatchers to send an officer she found attractive back to her home for some 'extra duty.' Police say the initial 911 call happened just after 6 p.m., when Maria Montenez-Colon complained that she wanted her Corvette back. When the officer arrived at the Almar Drive home, he said Montenez-Colon was very drunk. The 58-year-old immediately told the officer he was sexy and asked if he was married, according to the incident report. Then she started over-sharing. Montenez-Colon allegedly told the officer, "I haven't been penetrated in years," and "I am so horny." The officer tried to steer the conversation back to the topic of the call, asking what he could do for her. Montenez-Colon's response was "You can fuck me," according to the report. After telling Montenez-Colon that her request was inappropriate, the officer got her past the sexual advances and she told him she'd signed ownership of a Corvette over to her step-son after her husband died. Now she wanted it back. While relaying the car ownership tale, police say Montenez-Colon repeatedly tried to grab the officer's arm and tried to rub her hands on his chest. The officer says he told Montenez-Colon there was nothing he could do for her, and he left - handing her a card with the department's number on it for future non-emergency calls. Less than an hour later, Montenez-Colon called 911 again, complaining the officer who was at her home "pissed her off." The original officer arrived, along with a second officer. Montenez-Colon reportedly complained about the original visit to the second officer, saying, "He was a perfect gentleman, but when I asked him to fuck me, he turned me down so that made me angry." When asked by the original officer if she remembered the conversation about misuse of 911, Montenez-Colon allegedly said, "I do, but how else am I going to get you to fuck me?" Montenez-Colon was arrested for Misuse of 911 and booked into the Charlotte County Jail. "When people continue to abuse the 911 system you gotta take a stand, you gotta take a position," explained Lt. Joe King, Punta Gorda Police Dept. Neighbors say what Montenez-Colon really needs is treatment for her alcoholism. "She doesn't need jail time, this is not a person that's dangerous to anybody. She needs help," said Richard Landowski, neighbor. Montenez-Colon has been booked into the Charlotte County jail four times before, all in 2013-- on battery charges and violation of probation.
