No charts are out yet.
Probably Wednesday the first chart positions will be out
Worldwide sales will be out Friday for countries who published a chart this week. Expect a smallish number.
Next week we will have the rest of the world charts and sales.
Next Friday (3/20), Mediatraffic will have a bigger number. That will include the US sales. (MDNA debuted with 740k.)

Some of us already staking Guy O to retire? How quick of us to forget that he was responsible for making the Superbowl happen - perhaps the best Madonna moment of the last five years. I'm perhaps in a small group here, but I don't really care much about the album sales.

It's obvious Guy works well as a tour manager, but maybe M now needs a manager who solely manages her albums/singles/videos?

I bought my copy of MDNA at J&R Music in downtown NYC. They had 44 copies.
Then I got a text from Holidayguy. He was at Target and no copies were out. The circular and signs said Tuesday, March 27th. I told him to talk to a manager. I haven't heard back from him.
Best Buy at Union Square had 59 copies.
Barnes & Noble at Union Square had 24 copies. $15.99 for the standard and $21.99 for the Deluxe. Crazy!

If you're in NYC, check out J&R downtown (they have the deluxe for 14.99). They might also have it at the Macy's basement store.
I'm buying mine tomorrow at J&R. I'll be there around 10.

Guys, Target will have it tomorrow.
If you do not see it displayed, ask an employee to get it for you.
There will be some confusion with stores since new albums usually come out Tuesdays.

Of course not. Most retailers these days won't have much of a catalog section since only new CDs sell.

And you are wrong about Catalog albums. Sales are high for Catalog albums due to sale-pricing at Walmart, Target and Best Buy. All have catalog albums on sale now for $5, $7 and $9.
