And Jessica Alves has said she's managed to make more than that sum from her OnlyFans account which sees fans pay to see her provocative photos.
Speaking to MailOnline, Jessica, 39, said she has been saving her money to pay for a fairytale wedding and dreams of finding her Prince Charming.
She said: 'I have spent nearly £1m on surgery and now with OnlyFans, brand collaborations and TV show appearances, I make a good income.
'I've got a savings account for my dream wedding and I hope that it happens one day.
'I am fully transitioned as a female and it shows as such on my birth certificate.'
