What are you babbling on about? Promo stopped?  The push is still going on.  It might not be as aggressive since the album release, but it's still going on.  Just because she isn't doing promotional performances and any other interviews, it means it's over.  We live in the age of technology that her ever so presence on social media is indeed "promotion".  Even the clips she posts from tour rehearsals are promotion.  And yes, the tour is promotion. It promotes the current album as well as herself.  Saying it's not, is ridiculous because what else is it then?  If she was just posting pics of her kids constantly then yes, I would say the promo is off, but she's still pushing the album as well gearing up for the tour.  All this IS promotion. Not only that, there have been a few interviews that popped up even after the album release which tells me that the plan was to keep pushing the album far after the release.

Hope it will continue. Can't wait for the Batuka video.

Who am I lying to or fooling? This era has been, and will continue to be, fantastic. You’re worrying yourself over lack of promotion and I’m saying the the most exciting promotion is yet to come. This album, these videos, the documentary...all will keep me more than excited for years to come. I hope you’ll be able to enjoy it too. Guess we’ll have to agree to disagree. Cheers.

I enjoyed all she did with this album, singles and videos. It's my favourite album from her latest decade.

I just answered someone else's worry about the promotion of Madame X album which is nonexistent since Eurovision in terms of performances. And yes, the performances are the real deal and keep the era alive, when you promote a new album, not the interviews, documentaries or rehearsals pics from the tour which begins in 2 months. Cheers!

The tour will hardly have any impact to the album - especially with a very limited number of cities and small audiences. Let’s not fool ourselves.

Some of her fans love to lie and fool themselves, laugh about others opinions with explanations and arguments when they have nothing else left to say.

The tour is an enormous, integral part of the era. New looks, staging, set list changes, tour merch, daily reports/news/videos from fans, periscopes, traveling, filming rumors, concert film release, live album. All of that is still to come. Plus the Batuka video. What are you on about?

Stop bringing the tour thing over and over again. Of course the tour is probably the biggest promotion for an album.

We are talking about the absence of PROMO PERFORMANCES for the album between 18th May and 12th September.

Easily the most accessable track on the album, it is almost impossible not to like the song if you heard it a couple of times. It's a grower. It's either Crazy or Faz Gostoso that should be released on single, the only two that have a chance of charting anywhere. I'm not saying the other tracks aren't, most of them are a lot better, just not radiophonic enough.  I seriously doubt though if a real attempt to push another MX track will be made.

You're right. I have a girl in my Facebook list who is that kinda girl that she even doesn't know who Madonna is. Very young, Kardashian style, listening only to reggaeton... and I was surprised that she made a facebook story, driving her car and listening to Crazy.

Regarding the promotion, unfortunately, the Madame X album promo stopped the day she released God Control.

Not even close to being my favorite from the album, but I'm enjoying that it's getting so much love especially in Latin America.  I doubt a video is going to be made, and honestly they should have jumped on this as soon as they saw that this song was getting some major love.

Probably the most wasted opportunity for a song to become a single after Beat Goes On.

I was out for a drive with a friend the other weekend, with my phone playing music on shuffle, and when this song came on, my friend asked "Is this Madonna?" She only likes 80s Madonna as fun, happy music, but I thought it was interesting that even on experimental songs, Madonna still keeps her recognisable qualities and sounds.

Be careful what you say here regarding your friends. It’s almost a banned subject.

Same happened to me with someone who is listening ONLY to electronic DJ sets for hours and when he heard a song from Madame X in my car, he immediately recognized her,

though he doesn’t know any of her post-Celebration music.

Wtf are people going on about...eras do not last 2-3 years anymore! For anyone!those days are gone.

Plus you should be including the tour in your era calculations-therefore Madame X era won’t end until after the tour completes in quarter 1 of 2020.

You sound more hysterical than us. Nobody said 2-3 years. Just hope that there is something else in these 2 months before the tour. Cause right now everything seems like the era just ended. At least the Pride performance on Youtube, Batuka video, shooting the video for Faz Gostoso.
