Have just seen the "press conference" she gave on the plane today. She is doing the right thing. Stepping away from the strategy to keep quiet and just waiting for Trump to make all the mistakes to attacking him. And doing that by bringing up his tax returns is perfectly fine. To do that directly in front of the members of the media should be understood as a hint why the media and the public is obsessed with her finances and are digging and digging without finding evidence of any wrongdoing. Still she is blamed for hiding stuff although she put it all out there. Yet Trump is bluntly telling everyone that his finances are nobodies business except his own. And people are okay with it. (okay, the NYT did a piece on this debt) Where are the conspiracy theories about his actions? Hypocrisy much.
It's the media's fault. They keep attacking Hillary while giving Trump free publicity.. Morning Joe are obsessed about her Emails.

Just like in the Democratic primary, a lot of people have had to keep their support for her quiet. The fear caused by Bernie supporters and now Trump supporters has made people who support her be quiet in public and social media. People are afraid to be open with their support, but as seen in the Democratic primary, they will show up to vote.

These national polls don't seemed to be translating into state polls. The national polls in the Democratic primary had a tied race, that was not apparent in the state polls. State polls were more accurate.
NBC poll has her with +6.
I don't see him winning.. She already has 270+ pretty much locked. But why is there a sense of DT gaining momentum and HRC losing? Media's fault?

So not only Hillary cuts ties, but Bill will Follow suit.. And if you're really referring to the foundation being someone's baby, then it's Bill's. He's devoted the last 15 yrs creating a remarkable foundation (!) that's been helping millions of people.
Only Chelsea remains on board, but the foundation will no longer accept donations outside the US.
So what's the problem with everybody and this foundation is beyond me.

Mostly because of foreign donations, which are totally acceptable for ANY charity.Then why cut ties if it's an amazing charity? Huh?
Neither Hillary nor Bill (not even Chelsea) draw salary from the foundation.
They really are taking unprecedented measures to ensure people know everything is legit.. but she's nevertheless criticized. That's why the situation is unfortunate Imo.

Yes, it really is.
The only real criticism is its lack of transparency (very Clinton-ish) that lead to speculations..
The foundation is known worldwide for what a great charity it is. It had the support of Bush & Obama, including Obama participating in their galas.
As a medical student, I can go on and on about the importance of the foundations work to health and advance medicine.

Bernie has probably hurt her the most with young voters.. His attacks were very very stupid. Still, I read that most of his supporters are going to vote for her.
Also, he's campaigning for her tomorrow.

Speaking of hiding, Where is Elizabeth Warren? She was all over the place a few months ago.
I saw some pics of her speaking someplace.. Can't remember where.. But it looked like a low key event. I don't expect every event with her as a speaker to be a big news story.

Thats basically what I've always been afraid of. Even if he gets 40%ish NO doubt almost every one of those people are waking up 4 am and gonna come out in herds to vote for him. It's almost a guarantee. Yes, she may 'poll' better but are those 3-7% of extra people who favor her truly 'fired up'. That's my biggest concern. Every pandering pathetic thing he is doing everyone knows is only being done to positively make sure he solidifies his def 40% ish plus gaining a few more while Hillary simply doesn't get the turnout.
Her actions or lack of during most of August are doing major damage, There's just NO excuse for her and her people to piss away all that time w/ this indifferent, 'laying low strategy'. HOW/why isn't she or her people and surrogates at least attempting while she's still barely ahead to stop the bleeding. *That's where Hillary always fucks up..when she's ahead. You're supposed to be proactive and visible to maintain your lead and try to increase it!
Ohh I'm not so sure about that. We'll just have to wait.

The CNN poll is an outlier.. It's the first poll I've seen with these weird results. It got strong reactions, too.
I've seen other polls that were published today and Hillary's good.
