I have loved Madonna since I saw the Into The Groove video, Dress You Up made me love her even more, but it wasn't until I saw the rehearsal of the BAT "Vogue" that made me completely obsessed with her, and it's been so interesting being a fan, and always being amazed. It was always about the image for me, especially her hair. I loved how she changed it so much, especially when she had such extreme different lengths. What impressed me the most in her imagery is how she took her videos and made them into stage performances. Before the BAT, I only saw one live concert on video by a different band (Def Leppard), where their stage was their album art work. What I love about her tours is how different they all are. I don't like repeats. Of course, I will notice some similarities, but as a whole, each time she goes out, it is something new and fresh. 

I live with I guess we can call him a significant other, but we don't have a term or definition for our relationship. We aren't into labels. His name is Miguel and we met in one of the many churches I used to go to. He came to live with me, and life for me has been the happiest and most filling. We have been together for 4 years (it is 2017), and we never had a fight, no arguments, no drama, no tension, ever. He is so calm and easy going. I can be who i am and never feel embarrassed or ashamed with him. I was told many times in life I will never find anyone because of the way I look. I was also told I will never find anyone who can be with me 24/7, and it is impossible for anyone to stay together all the time. They were all wrong. I have everything I want in one man. He is the first and only person to accept me exactly as I am and has no desire to change me or control me. We have a beautiful equal loving relationship. 

Together, each day, Miguel and I take pictures and make videos for a daily holiday. Every day we celebrate something, or maybe a few things, depending on if  more than one holiday falls on the same day. He makes the music and edits the videos, and I make the art installations. Then, all the pictures go to Facebook with a paragraph about the day, and the video goes up to Youtube. Every day is a celebration, and worth celebrating. There is no classification for the videos we do, but I just say it's abstract installation art with sound and lots of color.
