I wanted to respect Madonnas vision for the album
This is not Madonnas real vision of the album. As we know she changed one or more tracks after reading destructive fan feedback about the leaked demos (probably WAOM & RH) at Facebook or Instagram. That's why I stay with the AVICII productions of these two - I don't like the album versions. The last production turned two potential hit singles into average album fillers.

Offer. Drama. I love it.
-
M never wanted to be indie. She wanted to be #1 and rule the world.
Erotica, American Life and Rebel Heart may be loved by fans and critics -
but they weren't intended as commercial failures to be "cool". That's ridiculous.

2015 is nice but not to compare to her glorious time in the 80's.
The german train to the Waldstadion of her Who's That Girl Tour 1987 was full of Madonna lookalikes and the railway company reserved two wagons only for Madonna fans. It had no seats so we could dance the whole ride to Madonna songs they played. That time was really crazy. Madonna magazine covers and scandals every week, her songs were played all time on the radio, the clubs and MTV and every month another Madonna wannabe attended and disappeared shortly after. Her voice at the Who's That Girl Tour was really terrible and she was hardly seen because the stadium was too big - but it was a party I will never forget.

Priceless. Madonna should sell shirts with such prints.

I don't want to think about that pointless kiss or her flight at the Brits or Ghosttown. I listen to her album. That matters to me.
-
Best look for years - she even looks younger and fresher than Confessions era.
-
I rated Ghosttown video 7/10 - THIS is 10!

Andy Cohen & Sandra Bernhard react to GT Video
She's still a cute bitch!
-
I would prefer Iconic, Devil Pray or Joan of Arc.
-
It looks much better than LFL but it's too short for my taste. With a little more money and storyline it could have been an epic short film. But I'm happy with the result because the dance scene is slaying.
-
It's her best video since Girl Gone Wild!
-
A 7 purely because she looks bloody fantastic.
The video though... really, I hate to say this but it's not even average. Sub par storyline, and direction. The visuals make up for some of it but I am truly dissapointed.
Me too. She looks great and the dance is nice: 7

What Kurt said. RH, even with more flaws, is sincerely more confessional than Confessions.
But Confessions has more dance floor. Madonna ruined the perfect RH when she trashed Avicii's great versions of RH & WAOM. Maybe just because she found one or two dispraises by haters on her Instagram account.

COADF - just because of Hung Up.

I didn't mind a few of the LFL remixes. The one she performed live was pretty decent and I like the retro feel of Strobe and Djemba Djemba remixes.
I'm satisfied if there's ONE decent remix or ONE decent extended version like in the old days.
I liked the three LFL Nissim mixes and pray there comes ONE decent GT remix... Pleeeeeaaaase!
-
I know. They use very little of her vocals to begin w/ then release an instrumental, Why?
Maybe to "prove" it's not a cheap amateurish fan mix (like it sounds).

An album sticker doesn't necessarily guarantee the single choices.
I'm sure Beat Goes On was intented to be the second single, but maybe Kanye was too busy to shoot the video or something.
And everyone thought Jump was going to be the 3rd single, but it was pushed back because of the tour.
My original True Blue cassette (bought in Italy) had a sticker mentioning Live to Tell, Papa Don't Preach, La Isla Bonita - and Love Makes the World Go Round!
-
Madonna: Holiday
Like A Virgin: Into the Groove
True Blue: True Blue
Like A Prayer: Pray for Spanish Eyes
Erotica: Deeper And Deeper
Bedtime Stories: Love Tried to Welcome Me
Ray Of Light: Skin
Music: American Pie
American Life: Die Another Day
Confessions On A Dancefloor: Hung Up
Hard Candy: Miles Away
MDNA: Girl Gone Wild
Rebel Heart: Joan of Arc

I love Take a Day. Reminds me of Cherish and La Plage de Saint Tropez by Army of Lovers.
It's a perfect summer track and far better bonus track than Auto-Tune Baby.

Let's celebrate!
Madonna Vogue (Bette Davis Dub)
-
Least:
1 Unapologetic Bitch (but I like the disco mix)2 Bitch I'm Madonna (but I like the 1st demo version)
3 Body Shop
4 Rebel Heart (I don't like the distorted rock sound - but I love the acoustic and Avicii versions)
5 Wash All Over Me (I don't like the distorted marching rhythm - but I love the acoustic and Avicii versions)
Have you listened to the demos post RH release?

The album version is an earlier modified "demo" version. The Avicii version is a later production. I like guitar driven songs - that's why I prefer the first demos and Aviciis version. The album versions of RH and WAOM sound "weird" to me because they try to hide the great melodies of the perfect songs and deform them with .too many distorted effects and unfitting beats. My opinion.
