  1. The 7'' Remix. I love it so much that I have it as my ring tone. So I get to hear that wonderful intro everyday.
  2. My Singles V1 1982-1991 goes like this. I followed the US chronology for the most part -therefore Borderline precedes Lucky Star (sorry England) PA was a promo single in the US so it made the cut. For DYU and OYH I used the 7'' mixes that appeared on the promo 45s of the day and for TB the Single Mix that Europe got instead of the album mix. And for JML I opted for the Q Sound Edit instead of the album mix. Even with the aid of the japanese box set it still took me quite a long while to track down certain mixes and assemble the thing. Volume 2, 1992-2001 was easier. Work is underway for volume 3 but I'm debating whether to make it run up to the Celebration singles and encapsulate the Warner Years or go up to Rebel Heart.
  3. Music Inferno for the entrance, Burning Up for the cremation and Angel (extended remix) to wrap the whole thing up...

  5. I must admit that, as an album, Erotica sorta kinda went over my head when it was released -and I'll chalk that up to age, I was 14 or 15 when it came out, I think I was too young to really appreciate it. I did love all of the singles released from it. But that was then. Now I love it. From first note to last. In fact, it is my favorite M album of them all. I don't think of it as a mere collection of songs or singles. It's a piece of art to be enjoyed from first note to the last, is the one M album I would chose if forced to pick just one. This is it. I got together with some friends not too long ago and we blasted Erotica in its entirety and all of us agreed how awesome it still sounds after all this time.
  6. Your Favourite Madonna Song Of The Day

Music Inferno! I think I love that thing so much that I will leave instructions (orders more like) to have it played at my funeral and if they fail to comply I'll return from the dead to burn their asses like Carrie at the prom...
  7. Immaculate mixes question.

I'm a sucker for those 7'' single edits or remixes (the ones that appeared on singles or promos or were blasted on the radio) - Not that they could replace the album versions but if I'm in a singles listening mood those are the versions I go to. If there ever was a compilation like what you mentioned above, mine would run a little something like this: (for the 1982-1991 years of course.)
