Ugh Extreme O is shite....
-
Finally received my bracelet last Friday......
Never buying from then again.

I come back here daily to see if anything exciting is happening... it never is. I'm so sad that the album era seems over before it even started.... yes the tour is coming up but it's a fan only tour so i can't see much buzz being generated. Hope I'm wrong though... maybe she'll do Strictly here in the UK to generate some public interest.

Still waiting for US delivery. This is crazy.

EO is the heart of this record. A completely beautiful, haunting love letter to Portugal and Madonna’s artistic journey.
But the lyrics though...

Ugh...Extreme Occident is the worst song on the album... can i give it a minus 10.

Uk itunes Madame X 42 (+74) Pride effect?
It's probably more like the Glastonbury effect wearing off for other artists. Either way it's great to see it going back up..

I think she is too old for the younger generation and her music is too current and young for the older generation. So nobody listens to her new music other than the fans. This is her problem.
I totally agree with this.

Haha.... I'm in my 40s and thought of radio 2 sends shivers down my spine
I guess what I'm trying to say is that we need the kids (people in their 20s) to hear it - and kids listen to trash like Capital etc... she needs a radio hit that gets played on local radio stations as well as national one.
Her problem is that her music is geared towards the younger generation but they don't get to hear it because she is thought of as too old.
What to do?

Can't believe it's nearly out of the Top 50 on Itunes.
Fingers crossed God Control gets some exposure - and not just Radio 2. Unfortunately it's only over 50's that listen to that station.

Eurovision, still?
haha - unfortunately for the vast majority of Europeans it's the first thing they think about when Madonna is mentioned these days.

Does being album of the week on Radio2, generally, help the sales? Just asking
Well it won't do it any harm... it will be good to hear some new Madonna on UK radio.

Jesus... that set list is diabolical. After ESC Future is dead. This alongside I Rise (yawnfest) and AL will leave yet another audience stunned in silence. Has nobody told her that she was shit at Eurovision and that she might need to do something the audience wants.
