The EU might resent that they exported 21 million biontech vaccines to the UK when the UK exported nothing. Zero.

But congratulations to your amazing vaccine success! At lastΒ you have a reason to say that Brexit was the right decision.

And I will say it again, believe it or not, at least in Germany, NO ONE wanted AZ to fail, in fact, 200 politicians publicly said that they would get the vaccine.

UKΒ exported to Gibraltar at least!

The level of disinformation everywhere is appalling. UK media is attacking the EU to hide the Brexit disaster. And in the EU the campaign against AstraZeneca is appalling too. How many dangerous or even mortal side effects are in other medicines? Even the European Medicines Agency has said again and again that the risks are minimum compared to the lives that the vaccine saves!!!!

We are in the middle of a continuous political propaganda.Β

In the very end people are dying because AstraZeneca sold the vaccines to other countries (it's impossible any other explanation) and the EU (in my opinion Ursula) are destroying the image of that company at the expense of citizens dying.Β

That is all my personal opinion with the little information we have and the continuous media noise.

Totally agree. And I'll say it again - it has been sour grapes all along from the EU who are resentful of the UK's progress in getting 30 million people out of a 67 million population vaccinated. Not too shabbyΒ for a small island. I know people who are getting their appointment dates for the second vaccine booked instantly as soon as the first vaccine is administered (even before) which indicates there is confidence about supply for the second booster vaccine.

Interesting but it's still in a really tiny percentage of people and the results are no different to the Pfizer vaccine. Covid is more likely to cause clotting overall too. I heard one nurse say she's shocked at what it does to the blood of some people.

All this scaremongering will kill way more people who decline the vaccine than who actually get a clot caused by it.Β

The EUs handling of this is appalling especially as Pfizer is showing similar results.

Completely agree - the fear mongering and the conspiracy theories will be the undoing of many. And sad to see sour grapes from the EU. Political competition shouldn't be allowed to hinder public health.

  4. Had my first Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine last weekend with zero side-effects or symptoms despite the scaremongering I've read. Medical experts at Kings College London report that only those who have already contracted Coronavirus whether asymptomatic or symptomatic will experience side-effects upon taking the Oxford vaccine.

I love the fact that despite Activist-Donna is all over the album, it doesn't feel preachy AT ALL - it's still Madonna the edgy pop songstress that we love through and through.Β

I agree with that. I think the reason it doesn't become so preachy is because she 's being incredibly introspective and authentic while being outward looking. I mean Future for example is basically stating facts of life over a casual reggae beat, "not everyone is coming to the future, not everyone is learning from the past" indeed.

  6. I really love the Madame X album but I wish she hadn't released the 2 albums covers. It didn't need the unflattering image of her looking like her mother (in her own words). And the freedom fighter image should've been less airbrushed to at least make her look human. Would love to see a 2020 re-issue version with some bonus tracks though.

Will anyone else be supporting the #justiceformadamex campaign tomorrow? I've seen it all over instagram and I will be supporting tomorrow.

What a fascinating interview. She seems very nervous, confidentΒ and relaxedΒ at the same time in here. Harry Smith is a great interviewer.Β

Thank you for posting this. SuchΒ a charming and interesting interview. What I've always admired and loved about Madonna is how intelligent she is!
